Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl add breadcrumbs, lemon zest, parsley, Parmesan, olive oil and season. Mix together and set aside. Brush salmon with mustard and spices, add breadcrumb mix on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Cook in Airfyer @180c for 10-12 minutes depending on Airfryer. Serve with favourite sides and yogurt dressing.
