Instructions

Step 1
Chop up the spring onions and bell pepper. Use a potato peeler to shave the carrot.

Slice up your cooked crispy/breaded chicken and set aside.

Make a sauce with finely chopped garlic, chilli oil, hoisin sauce, gochujang and soy sauce.

Step 4
Heat up the vegetable oil in a wok and add the vegetables. Cook on high heat, stirring frequently, for around 2-3 mins.

Add in the sliced chicken and cook for another minute. Then, add in your sauce and cook for a further minute.
Step 6
Next, add the noodles and 2 tablespoons of water, then keep stirring, on high heat for around 2 minutes until everything is combined.
Step 7
Top with freshly chopped spring onion and sesame seeds and enjoy immediately.
