Instructions

Step 1
PEARL Instruction: boil 2 cups of water, then add 1/4 cup of tapioca pearls. When the pearls float, set to medium heat and cover with lid for 4 min. Turn off heat and rest for 3 min.

Drain the water, place pearls into ice cold water, then stir for 20 sec. Drain again and then coat the pearls with 3/2 tbsp of maple syrup and let it sit for 10 min.
Step 3
TEA Instruction: microwave 3/2 cup of water for 1 min and 30 sec. Afterward, place two tea bags and 2 tbsp of honey in the water. Stir and let it rest for 5 min.

PEACH MILK Instruction: pour out 1 cup of fat free milk. Add 1 tbsp of peach syrup and a drop of vanilla extract into the milk then stir.
Step 5
Mix Instruction: Have a serving cup, pour the PEARL first, pour the TEA second, and slowly pour the PEACH MILK third. Serves best cold so use ice and a wide straw, stir, and enjoy.
