Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2
Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
Step 3
Season both sides of pork with pepper, onion powder and sour cream & onion salt; place in the pan.
Step 4
Add a little water to the bottom of the pan.
Step 5
Break bread into pieces and mix with onion powder, pepper and sage. Add enough water to make the mix stick together.
Step 6
Put the bread mix over the pork and cover it with aluminum foil.
Step 7
Bake at 350° for 2 hrs. Remove foil for last 30 minutes of baking.
