Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour, onion powder, soup concentrate, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Step 2
Add water and milk, stirring constantly. Bring to boil and boil for 1 minute while stirring.
Step 3
Heat frozen vegetables through in microwave or on stove top.
Step 4
Stir chicken and heated vegetables into the soup mixture. Set aside.
Step 5
Place one pie shell in bottom of pie plate and pour in filling. Top with remaining pie shell. Fold under edges and flute. Cut slits in top shell.
Step 6
Bake at 425 for 30-35 minutes, until browned.
