From Charlotte de M. Use thick pork chops or thinner loin steaks. If not using a pressure cooker, double the cooking time, depending on thickness of the meat. Can put the creme fraiche in with the chops. Or substitute coconut milk for non-dairy / lower calories. No need to reduce the sauce if not too liquid.
