Instructions
Step 1
1 cup of oil put in the pan.add your cinnamon cardamom cumin Bay leaves black pepper black cardamom and keep sauteing.

Add 3.5 table spoon garlic paste 3 tablespoon ginger.keep sautee
Step 3
Add 3 heaped teaspoon cumin powder
Add 4 heaped teaspoon coriander powder
3 tea spoon chilli powder
Step 4
Add 2 teaspoon turmeric powder 3.5 tea spoon all spices and 1/2 nutmeg powder
Step 5
Add salt and little bit water so spices doesn't burn
Add your onion and keep sautee.
Once done with sautee add your meat and fry couple of minutes.
Leave it to the pressure cooker
Step 6
For rice add 1 cup of oil and 2 tablespoon of ghee in the pan.add cardamom bay leaves cinnamon and fry.
Step 7
Put onion and salt and fry until its brownish. 2 tea spoon garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger.
1 tspoon turmeric powder 1 tspoon coriander powder
1/2 cumin powder
Salt to taste Add water to mix and add your rice.sautee sometime. add some fresh chilli and add enough water to cook
