Stuffed shells with lactose free/dairy free cheese and ground turkey

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F
Step 2
Cook shells for 9 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Step 3
Cook ground turkey and one clove of garlic (could add onion here too) over medium heat until browned.
Step 4
Add cheeses, spinach, Other garlic clove, nutritional yeast, and any spices to a food processor and run until its the consistency you want
Step 5
Add cheese mix to ground turkey and mix well
Step 6
Add some pasta sauce to a 9×13 casserole dish (or whatever you have) and stuff the shells with the cheese mix, then add the rest of the sauce over the top
Step 7
Optional step, add shredded mozzerella cheese over the top
Step 8
Cook in oven uncovered for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and shells are cooked through
