Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (if going with cooked ground meat, otherwise set to 350°F for uncooked) and grease muffin pan (if using other than non-stick or silicone cookware).
Step 2
Make about 1-1.5 cups of prepared pancake mix.
Step 3
Mix batter with .5 cup of cheese, cooked ground sausage, maple syrup (optional), and protein powder (optional) at this time. You can use uncooked ground meat; however, it changes temps and cooking time.
Step 4
Distribute mix into prepared pan. Place in preheated oven for 20 minutes (for precooked meat) or 35 minutes (for raw meat).
