Instructions

Mushrooms

Step 1
Slice the mushrooms and finely chop the parsley.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Set the heat to medium-high. Add the mushrooms and fry for approx. 3-4 mins until they have shrunk completely.
Step 3
Add the butter and spices and allow to melt.
Step 4
Now pour in the white wine. Leave to reduce for about 3 minutes.

Chicken

Step 5
Cut the chicken into strips.
Step 6
Heat the olive oil in the pan. Set the heat to medium-high. Add the chicken and fry for approx. 2 mins.
Step 7
Now add the spices and fry again for approx. 2 mins.

Sandwich

Step 8
Cut the baguette in half and toast it in the same pan in which the chicken was fried.
Step 9
In the meantime, cut the tomato into slices.
Step 10
Spread both sides of the baguette with the truffle mayonnaise.
Step 11
Top the bottom half with lettuce, tomato, chicken and mushrooms.
Step 12
Then grate the Parmesan over the mushrooms.
Step 13
Finally, place the other half of the baguette on top and enjoy!
