Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil and boil some pasta
Step 2
Add diced onion & cook for 2 minutes
Step 3
Add diced carrots & cook together for 4 minutes
Step 4
Add garlic and tomato puree & cook for 1 minute
Step 5
Add passata, lentils (including water), mixed herbs, smoked paprika and crushed black pepper. Crumble in stock cube, stir, pop on the lid and simmer for 20 minutes
Step 6
Serve with freshly cooked pasta and cheese on top
