Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour and yogurt in a bowl . If the dough looks dry add a tablespoon more yogurt until the dough looks soft but firm .
Step 2
Peel and dice an apple then add the pieces and fold them in . Take teaspoons of the dough and cook in hot oil on a medium heat . Keep them moving so they cook evenly and when they are a few golden drain on paper towels . I like to toss mine in cinnamon sugar after or you could toss in powdered sugar . Enjoy
