Instructions

Preheat oven to 180C. Line the base and side of a loaf tin with a 20cm base in greaseproof paper.

Sift the flour into a large bowl. Add the sugar and bicarb and stir thoroughly to combine.

In a medium bowl, mash bananas with a fork

Add eggs, vanilla, milk, banana and pecans to the flour mixture and gently fold until well combined. Spoon the mixture into the lined pan.
