NOTES

Step 5
The conversion from fresh lemons to lemon powder is not an exact science, but here’s a general guideline to help you achieve that zesty balance in your recipes:
Step 6
For Zest: One medium-sized lemon typically yields about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of zest. In the case of lemon powder, you can substitute approximately 1 teaspoon of powder for the zest of one lemon.
Step 7
For Juice: A medium-sized lemon usually produces about 2 to 3 tablespoons of juice. To replace lemon juice with lemon powder, use around 1 teaspoon of powder for every tablespoon of lemon juice required in your recipe.
Step 8
Keep in mind that these are general recommendations, and the intensity of lemon flavor can vary between different brands and types of lemon powder. It’s always a good idea to start with a smaller quantity and adjust to your taste preferences.
