Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Instructions

Step 1
Season chicken with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-8 minutes each side or until cooked through. Set aside to cool and then slice.
Step 3
Add asparagus to a bowl and cover with boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Step 4
Toast bread and while hot, spray or drizzle with olive oil. Then, cut into smaller cubes to make croutons.
Step 5
Combine all the dressing ingredients.
Step 6
Combine the lettuce with avocado, asparagus, parmesan cheese and homemade croutons. Divide into two serves and store leftovers in the fridge.
