Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Melt 1 cup of butter in a sauce pan. Once it has started to foam, add in dry milk powder.
Step 2
Once butter and milk powder are mixed, stir in cocoa powder.
Step 3
Mix in chopped dark chocolate and a little bit of oil. Remove from heat.
Step 4
While the chocolate mixture is cooling, thoroughly whip together your eggs and brown sugar.
Step 5
Stir the powdered sugar into the eggs and brown sugar mixture until it dissolves. Then add the vanilla extract.
Step 6
Add the chocolate mixture into the eggs and sugar bowl. Mix in the flour and the chocolate chips.
Step 7
Pour brownie batter into a pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Remove the pan from the oven and allow brownies to chill for one hour before cutting.
