Instructions
Step 1
1. Cook noodles according to packet instructions.
Step 2
2. Whisk together the sriracha, honey, soy sauce and vinegar. Set aside.

3. Heat oil in a large skillet or frypan over medium heat.

4. Add onions, garlic and chilli flakes for 2 minutes.

5. Add beef strips and heat for 5-7 minutes.

. Pour over the sauce, cooking for 6-8 minutes until sauce begins to caramelise.
Step 7
7. Add broccoli and capsicum and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 8
. Add cooked noodles, stir well to ensure noodles are evenly coated in the sauce.
Step 9
9. Divide into two serves and store leftovers in the fridge.
