Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to boil and cook your base. This could be whole red rice or any kind of grain/starch of your choice. For whole red rice I usually count with 20 mins cooking time
Step 2
Prepare all the toppings and set aside in the fridge.
Step 3
Layer a bowl first with the based and then with the toppings. Pour the garnish on top. Enjoy~
