Ingredients
6 servings
2 ¼ cupchicken broth
8 ouncesshells
small
1 poundboneless skinless chicken thighs
cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 ouncescream cheese
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspkosher salt
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
½ tsppoultry seasoning
1 x 12 ozfrozen mixed vegetables
cooked according to package directions
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
1 cupfrench fried onions
Instructions
Step 1
Pour broth into Instant Pot. Sprinkle in the shells. Place chicken on top of pasta. Add in the cream cheese, pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and poultry seasoning.
Step 2
Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 4 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 10 minutes and then move the valve to venting. Remove the lid.
Step 3
Stir in the vegetables and half of the cheese.
Step 4
Sprinkle the french fried onions and the rest of the cheese on top. Let cheese melt (I used my air fryer lid).
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
