Step 1
1. Prepare the apple: Chop the apple into small pieces.

2. Make the chocolate oat layer: In a small bowl, mix the oats, cocoa powder, and half of the chia seeds with a little water or milk of your choice (about 2 tablespoons). Let it sit for a few minutes to soften.

3. Prepare the yogurt mixture: In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.

4. Assemble the parfait:

Start with a layer of the chocolate oats at the bottom of a glass or bowl.

Add a layer of the yogurt mixture.

Sprinkle some chopped apples on top.

Repeat the layers as needed, finishing with apples on top.

5. Top with seeds: Sprinkle the remaining chia seeds and the mixed seeds over the top for some crunch.

6. Optional: Drizzle a little extra honey on top if you like it sweeter.
