Proof yeast
Step 1
Proof yeast by adding yeast and honey to water.

Cover and leave for 10 to 15 minutes in a warm place
Make dough
Step 3
Combine with a fork until the flour and water form a dough
Step 4
Cover and leave to prove for an hour or until doubled in size
Step 5
On a clean floured surface, devide the dough into two

Knock the air out of the dough, and form a rectangle
Step 7
Fold the top 3rd down and the bottom 3rd up and shape into a baguette shape
Step 8
Place on a baking paper and repeat with the second half.
Baking Rack

Put pizza stone in oven and heat oven to 200 degrees C
Add small tray of water to the bottom of the oven
Step 10
2nd prove bread for 20 mins
Step 11
Make 3 or 4 slashes about 4 cm deep across the baggies and sprinkle with sea salt

Put baguettes on to the pizza stone (pizza peel)
Step 13
Bake for 25 minutes
Step 14
Remove baguettes and cool on rack
