Banana Pepper Poppers

Crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside, and bursting with Mezzetta flavor! 🌶️👌 You will be making these every football Sunday, be sure to save the recipe! Yield: 12 servings Prep Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 30 minutes INGREDIENTS 1 (16 ounce) jar Mezzetta® Mild Banana Pepper Rings, drained and chopped 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese ½ pound ground Italian sausage, fully cooked Mezzetta® Family Recipe Marinara, warmed for serving INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. 2. Spray a 24 count mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and to each well add roughly a tablespoon of cheese followed by a generous amount of chopped Mezzetta® Mild Banana Pepper Rings, a spoonful of cooked sausage, followed by another tablespoon of shredded mozzarella. 3. Transfer to the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and golden brown. Let the poppers cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before removing and serving with warmed Mezzetta® Family Recipes Marinara. 4. Enjoy!
