This is one of the easiest cakes you will ever make. I always make it during the holidays as it’s a show stopper but takes hardly any effort. It’s biscoffy and super moist . You’ve got to try this .

Step 1
Add biscuits to a food processor and process to crumbs then add them to a bowl with baking powder whisk and add milk and chocolate chips and mix until smooth . (You can also use any other crumbly biscuits and use a ziplock bag and rolling pin to break them up if you don’t have a food processor and biscoff biscuits )

Step 2
Line and grease a 21 cm cake pan or a silicone mold if you have one . Add the cake batter then tap it down to smooth it out and bake at 170 c 350 f for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean .
Step 3
Place the cake on a wire rack to cool slightly then Heat up the jar of biscoff in the microwave or in a pan of simmering water and pour it over the cake . Any biscoff that drips down can later be used . Let the cake set then serve and enjoy
