3cloves garlic

2 bagsfrozen mirepoix
1 bagFrozen butternut squash
3 lbsrusset potatoes
peeled and diced
2 cansfire roasted diced tomato
4 canschopped clams
1 bottleclam juice
1 boxchicken broth
¼ cupwine
1juice of lemon
1 Tbspsmoked paprika
1 tsppaprika
1 Tbspparsley
1 tspthyme
1 tsppepper
1 tsppoultry seasoning
3bay leaves
2 tsplemon pepper
1 tspbasil
2 tsporegano
2 tspsalt

Instructions
Step 1
Cut bacon into small pieces while heating up the olive oil. Add onion and garlic, sautée till translucent and fragrant. Add bacon and cook until bacon begins to brown and little bits stick to the pan. Add frozen mirapoix, butternut squash, potatoes, canned tomatoes, clams, clam juice, chicken broth, wine, and seasonings to a large stock pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, then simmer for one hour. Serve and enjoy.
