Step 1
Sautee onions, mushrooms, and garlic
Step 2
Sautee beef, salt and pepper
Step 3
Boil gnocchi, then sautee in butter until crispy
Step 4
Add butter to hot pan. Once melted add garlic. Add cream and red pepper flakes.
Step 5
Add kale and meat and vegetables, cook until warmed through. Add to bowl with gnocchi and top with parmesan.
