Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Melt 3 Tbsp butter in 9x13 casserole dish.
Step 3
Beat all other ingredients together in mixing bowl.
Step 4
When butter is melted pour rest of ingredients into dish and cook for 10-12 minutes. Edges will rise and be golden brown.
Step 5
Serve with powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, fruit, jam, syrup, or whatever else you like.
