650gBoneless & skinless chicken breast
About x4, cut into bite sized pieces
30gPlain flour
3Garlic cloves
Peeled and crushed
100gSun dried tomatoes
Drained and very finely chopped
1 tspDried oregano
2 tspPaprika
300mlwater
Boiling
1chicken stock cube
crumbled
100gCream cheese
50gParmesan
Grated
15gFresh basil leaves
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Toss chicken in the plain flour with plenty of salt and pepper until well coated.
Step 2
Put into the slow cooker with the garlic, tomatoes, oregano, paprika, crumbled stock cube and water.
Step 3
Cook on HIGH for 2.5-3 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 4
Mix in the remaining ingredients just before serving.
