1red bell pepper

400 gramsyellow potatoes

450 gramslean ground beef
or turkey
2 tspsalt
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsppaprika
½ tspitalian seasoning
½ tspcumin

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven on roast setting to 450. Add your veggies to a jelly roll pan, toss with oil, salt and pepper and roast for 10-15 minutes or until soft. Remove from oven.

Add ground beef on top of the veggies with the spices. Add back in oven for an additional 5 min or till meat is brown and cooked through. In the meantime, blend the egg whites, eggs, cottage cheese and cornstarch in a blender. Once meat is cooked, remove from oven.

Pour the egg mixture over the veggies and meat and top it off with the shredded cheese and roast for 10-12 min or till centre is firm. In the meantime, cut 20 square piece of tinfoil to roll up the egg wraps. Remove from oven.

Once egg tray is cool cut evenly into 20 pieces. Spread the Chick-Fil-A sauce on wraps and add an egg slice on top of the tortilla. Enjoy or wrap all the wraps in tinfoil and store in freezer.
To Reheat
Step 5
Remove tinfoil and place wrap on a plate and warm in the microwave for 1.5 min, flip and warm for another 1.5 min. Enjoy!
