Guaranteed to be a family favorite as each family member can customize their own bowl! Feel free to swap the protein for fish, pork, or even shrimp! We love these bowls with rice, quick pickled cucumbers, edamame, and roasted broccoli.

Step 1
Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and siracha or chili garlic sauce in bowl and mix until combined.

Score chicken breast or cut into bite sized pieces.

Drizzle with oil and blackened seasoning.

Top each chicken breast with 2 tbsp of the mayonnaise mixture you made in step one. If you cut the chicken into bite sized pieces, toss the chicken with 4 tbsp of the mayonnaise mixture.

Set air fryer or oven to 390°F.

Cook chicken in air fryer or over for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked to 165°F.

While chicken is cooking slice cucumber to your liking and add to a bowl.

Toss cucumbers with rice wine vinegar, salt, and sugar. Set aside.

Cook edamame according to package instructions.

Once chicken is cooked, edamame is warmed, and the cucumbers are pickled, enjoy! Can be served on or with rice, spring mix, anything you would like!
