Instructions
Step 1
Mix and sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt and spices.
Step 2
Cream shortening, add sugar gradually and cream until fluffy.
Step 3
Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in molasses and sour cream.
Step 4
Added sifted dry ingredients, raisins and nuts, and mix.
Step 5
Pour into greased muffin tins.
Step 6
Bake at 375° for 13-15 minutes.
