Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
Step 3
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
Step 4
Evenly spread the chocolate chips over the crust and bake for 3-5 minutes, just until the chocolate begins to melt.
Step 5
Remove from the oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows on top. Return to the oven for 5-7 more minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
Step 6
Drizzle with caramel sauce (if using) and let cool before cutting into bars.
