Instructions
Step 1
Melt the milk and dark chocolate together and pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 2
Drizzle the caramel bits or caramel sauce over the melted chocolate.
Step 3
Use a toothpick to swirl the caramel into the chocolate.
Step 4
Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
Step 5
Refrigerate until set and break into pieces.
