The avocado gives off a smooth and rich texture to the smoothie, whilst the honey adds a floral touch of sweetness to it. Top it off with nettle seeds, this avocado smoothie is an absolute delight.

Step 1
Peel the avocados and take out the seed as well.

Put the avocados in a blender, add in approx. 650ml milk (or until the milk just covers the avocados). Don't forget the honey as well! Remember to use RUNNY honey so it can mix in with the smoothie. You can adjust the amount based on the sweetness of the avocados itself and your personal taste.

Pour the smoothie into cups, top off with 1 tsp of nettle seeds just for that extra healthiness.
