Step 1
Beat eggs in a large bowl then add salt pepper jalapeño and chopped peppers and mix well

Slice the bread in half then pour half the egg mixture in the pan with a little oil. Dip one side of each slice of bread then flip over and cook until one side is golden and it looks like there is an omelet under the bread
Step 3
Flip the bread over then fold in the egg flaps add a half of cheese tomato and coriander with a little salt and pepper . When the cheese starts to melt fold the bread over then add butter and cook both sides to make them a little crispy . Repeat this for the other slice of bread then serve . Enjoy .
