Instructions
Step 1
Chop the mangoes into small cubes.
Step 2
Add chopped mango to a pan.
Step 3
Squeeze one lemon and gently mix.
Step 4
Add sugar (as per taste) after the mango is mashed up.
Step 5
Add grated fresh ginger for extra flavour.
Step 6
Cook for about 25 minutes.
Step 7
Mango can be used as chunky cubes or puree for the jam.
Step 8
Turn off the stove and let it cool completely, then store the jam in a clean jar.
