Step 1
Slice turkey into strips then add to a bowl with buttermilk 1 tbsp of turkey and chicken seasoning 1 tbsp of garlic seasoning and a good pinch of salt and pepper ( I use igotchu turkey chicken seasoning and igotchu garlic lovers seasoning ) mix then cover and set in the fridge for at least an hour

Mix flour and cornstarch with salt pepper 1 tbsp chicken and turkey seasoning and 1 tbsp garlic seasoning then heat up oil to 350

Step 3
Tap the excess buttermilk off of the turkey then dip it and coat it in the flour . Fry in oil until golden and crunchy and drain on paper towels
Step 4
For the dip add mayonnaise sour cream 1/2 tbsp garlic lovers seasoning salt and pepper then dunk in and enjoy
