This is my go to dessert If I’m having loads of people over and I don’t want to spend too long in the kitchen but still want to impress . It’s tasty easy and only 5 ingredients .

Instructions
Step 1
Roll out puff pastry cut into 16 pieces then bake on a lined tray at 200 c / 400 f fan setting for 10-12 minutes or until golden and puffed up
Step 2
Cut the pastries in half then melt the ch coolste in the microwave or over a simmering pot of hot water . Dip the tops of the pastry in then place on a wrack to dry slightly
Step 3
Add the powdered sugar and cream to a cold bowl ( pop into the freezer 1 hour before whipping ) . Whip until thick and fluffy then pipe into the bottom half of the pastries or use a knife if you don’t have a piping bag
Step 4
Place the chocolate pastry tops on the cream then add clean sliced strawberries on top . Serve right away or keep in the fridge to keep the cream cold . Enjoy .
