Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F
Step 2
place 2 naan on a sheet pan; bake 5-7 min, then slice in half
Step 3
Meanwhile, wash + slice zucchini into ¼-inch rounds; heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med-high, add to pan, season with salt/pep + sauté 3-4 min until tender
Step 4
Spread on 2 tbsp tzatziki per naan then layer with zucchini
Step 5
Wash + dry cilantro, remove stems + roughly chop leaves; garnish naan with cilantro
