Instructions

Step 1
Place Rice & Sugar into a buttered ovenproof dish, pour on Milk.
Step 2
Bake near the bottom of a preheated oven at 150°C, 300°F, Gas Mark 2 for 2 hours.
Step 3
Stir the mixture after 30 minutes in the oven.
Step 4
Serve warm or chilled.
Step 5
For extra flavour, sprinkle on nutmeg before cooking. Add 2 tbsp Shamrock Californian Raisins & grated orange or lemon rind.
