Step 1
Heat the oven to 200°C fan. Place the fillets on a baking tray w/ baking paper skin-side up. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 7 min or until the flesh flakes (check w/ knife).
Step 2
Boil the potatoes. When close to ready, add a steamer w/ the chard (10 mins).
Step 3
Sauté the garlic in olive oil and add the strained potatoes and chard.
