Step 1

Preheat oven to 375

Step 2

Cut salami to form diamonds (do not cut all the way through).

Step 3

Put a clove in each "x"

Step 4

Spoon teriyaki sauce and apricot preserves into Ziploc bag. Add salami and mix well to cover.

Step 5

Bake for 45 minutes. If needed, bake for an additional 10 for a crusty top.

Step 6

Cool, cut, and serve with mustard.
