Large quantity Pie Crumbs

This recipe is adapted in size from a bakery recipe. It will make 10 single crust or 5 double crust pies

Instructions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Work with gloved hands or with a Pastry cutter until everything is worked into tiny pea shaped pieces. This will take a good 3 minutes to process. This can also be done with a food processor but take care not to over mix it which can be done easily.
Step 2
When ready, measure out 1.5 cups per single crust and mix with 1 tablespoon of water till its the right consistency. I can't say the accurate measure for the water, as a 30 year baker I have never measured it. Roughly 2-4 tablespoons at a time give or take.
