Instructions
Step 1
Saute butter, onion, garlic, celery, salt basil and Italian seasonings in instant pot.
Step 2
Add tomato paste after about 5 minutes, then cook for 2-3 minutes more.
Step 3
Add tomatoes, chicken stock, and dry pasta. Stir and lock the lid.
Step 4
Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes
Step 5
Quick release pressure, stir in heavy cream and season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Let pasta sit in cooker for about 5 minutes to cool slightly. Serve with grated parmesan
