Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in skillet on medium heat and cook onion and garlic for 3 mins
Step 2
Add diced chicken, sprinkle with garlic powder and paprika, salt and pepper generously - cook for 5 minutes
Step 3
Add chicken broth and rice - bring to boil then reduce heat and cook for 10 mins then add broccoli and cook for 5 more mins
Step 4
Stir and sprinkle nutritional yeast on top and add whipped cream cheese and chopped spinach. Stir and cook for 3 mins.
Step 5
Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and serve.
