Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Step 2
On a cutting board, cut each puff pastry sheet into 6 rectangles. Place 6 of the rectangles on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 3
Spread 1 heaping tablespoon of the Alfredo sauce on each rectangle on the baking sheet, leaving a ½-inch border. Top the sauce with broccoli, chicken, and Cheddar, dividing them evenly among the pastry rectangles.
Step 4
Place a second rectangle of pastry on top of each filled rectangle on the baking sheet, covering the filling. Press the edges to seal and crimp with a fork. Brush the pastry with the egg wash.
Step 5
Bake until the pastry pockets are flaky and golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the pockets cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Step 6
Wrap each pocket in foil and serve with a small cup of extra Alfredo sauce for dipping.
