Instructions

Step 1
Bake chicken at 375 until cooked (~25 min) with Olive Oil and Thyme Leaves, Garlic Powder, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Chop celery, onion, carrots, and garlic.
Step 3
Add butter, celery, onions, and carrots to pot to cook. Add garlic after a few minutes.
Step 4
Add flour when veggies are cooked well. Then add 1/2 cup of broth. Stir. Add the other rest of broth.
Step 5
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Put into pot. Boil. Add gnocchi. Add celery leaves (optional). Boil for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, pepper, Thyme.
Step 6
Add cream and spinach (whole or chopped).
