Instructions
Step 1
Dice tomatoes and mozzarella.
Step 2
In a bowl, add tomatoes, mozzarella, a pinch of salt and pepper, fresh basil, garlic and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Step 3
Mix everything together and let it rest (out of the fridge) for 30 mins. This way all the flavours will make love together and it will taste much better!
Step 4
Cut off the rind of the bread, flatten each slice with a rolling pin and gently push each slice inside of a muffin tin.
Step 5
Bake for 10 mins (180C/360F) and let them cool down.
Step 6
Add your veggies mix inside each cup and decorate with some fresh basil leaves.
