Ingredients

Marinade
400gdiced chicken breast
1 tsppaprika
1 tspturmeric
1 tspcumin
1 tspgaram masala
1 Tbspgarlic powder
½ tspsalt
1 tsppepper
½ tspchilli powder
100gfat free natural yogurt
Cooking Sauce
1onion
diced
250gtomato passata
100glow fat natural yogurt
½ tspturmeric
½ tspcumin
½ tspgaram masala
½ tsppaprika
½ Tbspgarlic powder
½ tspchilli powder
1 Tbspsugar
sour cream

Garnish
Instructions
Marinade
Step 1
Mix ingredients well and leave for a minimum of ten minutes.
Step 2
Cook until the chicken is golden brown.
Sauce
Step 3
Add all of the ingredients for the sauce, mix well and allow to simmer.
Step 4
After a few minutes, add the cooked chicken and allow to simmer.
Rice
Step 5
Boil a saucepan of lightly salted water.
Step 6
Add 120g Basmati rice and return to the boil.
Step 7
Add other spices for the rice to make a vibrant yellow colour.
Step 8
Drain rice once 80-90% cooked, return to the pan and allow to steam for a few minutes.
Garnish
Step 9
Once plated, garnish well with chopped Coriander.
