Asian Ground Pork and veggies

This was amazing. Ingredients are a guess because I measured some but may have added a little extra of some. Make it to taste, I taste my sauce as I make it and add as needed. These are what veggie I had in my freezer, use what you want. Feel free to make this your own. Enjoy 😉

Instructions

Step 1
1. Brown ground pork, drain.
Step 2
2. Mix sauce. Combine chicken broth, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, corn starch and brown sugar in separate bowl.
Step 3
3. Once pork is done, drain and return to pan. Add sauce, vegetables and rice.
Step 4
4. Heat until boiling. Lower to let simmer until vegetables and rice are done and sauce has thickened to desired consistency.
