2cans chickpeas
organic
aquafaba
or chickpea liquid from one can
½ cuptahini
add one more cup to make it extra creamy
1juice from lemon
4cloves of garlic
1 ½ tspsalt
1 tsppepper

Instructions
Step 1
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender
Step 2
Once smooth transfer to a shallow dish and spread into a thin layer
Step 3
Top with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
